Games covered and contact

This page covers Joel Football and Mummy Scape, developed by Luis Nomad under NotJustPrompts. It distinguishes their game data from information sent through this website. Future games will be listed here with their own details before these statements apply to them.

Use our game support form for help, privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us. Select the game so we can direct your request.

Joel Football

The Android game works offline, needs no account and includes no ads, analytics, telemetry or automatic crash reporting. Its Android app does not request Internet permission. Settings and progress stay on the device. Vibration may be used for gameplay feedback.

The browser version needs a connection to load its files and saves progress in browser storage. The web host necessarily receives connection information when serving those files. Website and video services are separate from the Android app.

Mummy Scape

The current Android game plays offline and has no account system, advertising, game analytics or automatic crash uploads. Level progress, coins, Magic Flames, local scores and entered score names are saved on the device. They are not a public online leaderboard.

First-run graphics setup measures performance locally to choose a detail setting. That measurement and the saved preference are not sent to NotJustPrompts. The Android build declares Internet permission, but the current gameplay does not use it to send personal data to us.

Local saves and device services

Clearing app or browser data removes local saves. Device or browser backup services may retain and restore data according to your settings; we do not receive or control those backups. We cannot retrieve local scores or saves from your device.

Google Play and the device operating system process installation, purchase or device diagnostic information under their own policies. A store listing, when available, describes that release’s price and availability.

Children and families

The games do not ask children to send personal information to us. Local score names in Mummy Scape stay on the device; a nickname is enough. Our support and testing forms are for adults, parents or guardians. Please do not send a child’s name, photos, address or other identifying details.

Support and Android testing

When you contact us, we receive the selected game, contact email, optional name and device details, and the message you provide. A test-access request also includes your Google Play email, phone/tablet selection and adult confirmation. We use these details to answer your request, investigate an issue or arrange the testing you asked for. A request does not guarantee immediate access.

Netlify processes form submissions for delivery to us. Test-access email addresses may be added to the relevant Google Play testing access list. We do not sell support information or add it to advertising lists.

We process support requests to provide the assistance you request and, where applicable, for our legitimate interest in resolving problems and improving reliability. Messages are retained only as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Testing access details are kept while needed to manage the requested test. You may request removal.

Your rights and this website

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information you have sent us, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact game support to exercise these rights. You may also complain to your data protection authority; in Spain, this is the AEPD.

The NotJustPrompts website has its own privacy notice covering hosting, optional analytics and advertising measurement. Playing a trailer on this site is different from playing the offline game. Mummy Scape’s trailer is hosted on this website; Joel Football’s YouTube player connects to YouTube when you choose to play it.

Content, licence and consumer rights

Each game’s code, design, characters, artwork, music and sounds belong to their creators or are used under the relevant licences. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to play. The licence does not permit selling or redistributing the game’s assets separately.

Availability, pricing and any purchase terms are shown by the relevant storefront. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights that apply to purchased digital content. This page will be updated when game features or data practices change.
